Engineering Fluid Solutions Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification
In October 2005, Engineering Fluid Solutions obtained the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, issued by TÜV CERT, TÜV Rheinland Group, after completing the corresponding quality audit process.
The certificate recognised the implementation and application of a quality management system covering the design, manufacturing and sale of sealing products and industrial valves for fluid sealing and control. The certificate was issued in Madrid on 25 October 2005, with certificate registration number 01 100 058087/2.
Quality, traceability and customer focus
For EFS, this certification represented an important step in consolidating a way of working based on quality, traceability, process control and customer focus.
At that time, the company was already active in solutions related to industrial valves, sealing products, fluid sealing and flow control, with a technical approach aimed at demanding applications in process industries, energy, chemical plants, oil & gas and auxiliary services.
The achievement of ISO 9001:2000 helped reinforce the confidence of customers, distributors and partners, providing a stronger organisational and documentary basis for project development, order management, quality control and the supply of reliable industrial solutions.
A company history milestone
Looking back, this certification forms part of the history of EFS and represents one of the first formal milestones in the company’s evolution towards a more structured, international and project-oriented model.
Today, this quality culture remains an essential part of our work: technical responsiveness, document control, traceability, continuous improvement and commitment to reliable solutions for demanding industrial applications.
